Cancellations
Timing: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@akkipo.com with your order details.
Missing Items
If your order arrives and is missing items, please report this to us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Contact us at sales@akkipo.com with your order number and the details of the missing item(s).
We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund for the missing item(s) only.
Returns & Damages
Returns
Period: You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items to us.
Condition: Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at sales@akkipo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages
Report: If your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: We may request photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with a claim.
Resolution: After review, we will either replace the damaged item at no additional cost or offer you a refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item using the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
We will process your return and refund as outlined, and you can expect your new order to be processed as per our standard shipping times.
